Terms of Service (ToS) - Custom Pet Portraits, Custom Ornaments, and all other Miscellaneous Commissions & Prints Purchased from Abster Artz.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before placing an order. By ordering our custom pet portraits, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. Product Description Our custom pet portraits, miscellaneous commissions, and any other products designed and created by Abster Artz are meticulously hand-crafted artworks created to capture the unique essence of your beloved pets and/or otherwise agreed-upon design subject(s).

2. Order Placement and Confirmation Upon placing your order, you agree that it constitutes a binding contract between you and Abster Artz. An order confirmation email will be sent to you once your order is submitted, and your pet photo(s), if applicable, are sent to absterartz@gmail.com

3. Pricing and Payment The pricing for our custom pet portraits or miscellaneous art commissions are as stated on the website or specifically given to the purchaser by Abster Artz in writing. You are responsible for paying the total amount, including any applicable taxes and fees. Accepted payment methods will be specified during the checkout process.

4. Cancellation and Refunds Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, cancellations may not be possible due to the personalized nature of the product. Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact Abster Artz at absterartz@gmail.com for further assistance.

5. Artwork Approval If applicable and specifically indicated by Abster Artz via written statement, you may receive a proof of the artwork before production begins. You have 24 hours to approve the artwork or request revisions. Failure to respond within this timeframe may result in production delays.

6. Customer Responsibility You are responsible for providing accurate and high-quality pet images for the artwork. Any issues arising from poor image quality or incorrect information provided will not be the responsibility of Abster Artz.

7. Privacy Policy Abster Artz's Privacy Policy governs the collection, use, and disclosure of customer information. By placing an order, your information will only be viewed by Abster Artz for the purposes of creating and shipping your order. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information.

8. Intellectual Property Rights All intellectual property rights to the artwork belong to Abster Artz. You may not reproduce or use the artwork for commercial purposes without Abster Artz's explicit permission.

9. Limitation of Liability Abster Artz shall not be liable for any damages, losses, or claims arising from the use of the custom pet portraits, artwork, or any related services.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms of Service shall be governed by the laws of Utah, United States. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Utah, United States.
